At LinkedIn, I owned the Premium email ecosystem and helped grow it to $47M in annual bookings. I launched the company's first referral program, managed more than 35 automated lifecycle campaigns simultaneously, and led one of the largest single sends in company history: 100 million emails in five days without a single error. At Expedia, I managed $15M in contribution margin across Hotwire and CarRental email programs. At LegalZoom, I rebuilt the segmentation strategy and grew contribution margin by 46% year over year.
