I spent over a decade inside companies like LinkedIn, Expedia, and LegalZoom watching the same pattern repeat itself. Smart teams. Real investment in email. Automations running in the background. And still, activation was slow, retention was unpredictable, and revenue from the lifecycle never matched what the product could actually deliver. The problem was never effort. It was always the structure underneath.

At LinkedIn, I owned the Premium email ecosystem and helped grow it to $47M in annual bookings. I launched the company's first referral program, managed more than 35 automated lifecycle campaigns simultaneously, and led one of the largest single sends in company history: 100 million emails in five days without a single error. At Expedia, I managed $15M in contribution margin across Hotwire and CarRental email programs. At LegalZoom, I rebuilt the segmentation strategy and grew contribution margin by 46% year over year.

I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance and International Business. That combination of academic rigor and hands-on execution is what I bring to every engagement. I know how to read a lifecycle system, find where it is losing money, and build the structure that fixes it properly.

I started Maloku Marketing because I kept meeting founders and marketing leaders who were doing everything right on the surface but leaving real revenue behind because their lifecycle had no architecture.
